This 15-hour online course offers teacher support over 3 weeks/ 4
weekends that encourages the teaching and learning of English language
through drama, music and performance.
Trinity Stars has been designed to support both learning in the classroom
and teachers’ professional development.
The main aims are:
• To reflect on and acquire new teaching strategies when teaching young
learners
• To become familiar with the Trinity Stars Young Performers in English
Performance award and to start preparing a Trinity Stars performance
• To become familiar with theories and teaching strategies to improve
their learners´ skills and to plan and design activities they can use in the
classroom
• To share teaching experiences and to raise their awareness of how
integrating language and performance goals can improve language
learning
